We want to make using our site and catalogue as easy as possible for you, so we have compiled a handy list of all the logos you will see across our sites and in our catalogues so that you understand what they mean and how you can utilise them.

Personalise Products with Engraving – Have up to three initials engraved into your knife. Please note engraved knives can’t be exchanged or refunded.
Personalise Products with Embroidery – Have your chefs clothes embroidered with a variety of styles and colours. Embroider a name up to 30 characters, with a choice to split this over three lines. Choose to have two different flags and a name, or finally choose to have flags embroidered on the collar.
5 Star – To make things easier, we’ve added a 5 star rating for our best products and when you see this symbol, you know you’re only getting the highest quality.
Plug Supplied – This means the plug is supplied so all you need to do is plug it in and you’re ready to go.
