The business has changed hugely over the years and now has over 600 staff working across our UK headquarters and European offices in Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain. All divisions are growing fast to offer the best service in catering equipment anywhere in the world.

We have evolved slowly, but now offer our customers a great service based on simple principles:

• HUGE PRODUCT RANGE. 8,000 products, sourced worldwide.
• SHIP ALL ORDERS EVERYDAY. We are committed to despatching all orders on the day we receive them, for next day delivery. We have invested in a stockholding of over 16 million euro to make sure we can do this. 98% of our stocked products are available right now, ready to go
• LOW PRICES. We have reduced the price of catering equipment to our customers, and many items are now considerably cheaper than when we started 25 years ago.
• GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have invested in staff and systems to make sure we can handle thousands of orders every day, while also making sure that every individual order is given the attention it needs to reach you as promised.
