Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL WEB ORDERS IN AUGUST...WHATEVER THE SIZE!
For the whole of August Nisbets are offering free delivery on all orders placed on the web - regardless of the size of your order!
- This offer applies to our standard mainland next day delivery service only. For premium delivery services (such as weekends or delivery prior to 10am) please check the tables below
- Delivery is usually made the next working day if you order before 5PM Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed on Fridays before 5PM will usually be delivered Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be delivered Tuesday.
- Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select the premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
- Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
- Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.

Premium Delivery Services
- Premium delivery services, such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost - please check the table below.
- You should order before 5PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.
- We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Offshore And Remote Deliveries

- A supplimentary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
- We cannot offer premium delivery services for remote, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Extended Delivery Items
Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery. They are marked with the following icons:
Items marked with a '48 Hour Delivery' flash are stocked lines that are not available for next day delivery as they require additional handling.
Please note delivery within 48 hours is not guaranteed due to the nature of the products and their delivery requirements.
Items marked with a '3 - 5 Day Delivery' flash are supplied direct from the manufacturer, and hence actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Heavy Equipment
- Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers resposibility.
- Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Embroidered and Engraved Items
- Orders including embroidery or engraving will not be part-despatched - please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
