How to return goods

• Nisbets operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase unused or in it's original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the local rate number 021 4946777 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
• Please be aware that for large items a restocking fee may apply.

Warranty Repairs

• Goods are supplied with the manufacturers 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated.
• Nisbets warranty does not include wear and tear, misuse, or products that have 'no commercial warranty'.
• Machines requiring repair within warranty where in our judgement they have been misused or not maintained properly will be charged for. We will contact you prior to doing this whenever possible.
