How to return goods

• Nisbets operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the local rate number 0845 111 0287 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.

Warranty Repairs

• All products bought from Nisbets have a minimum one year parts and labour warranty.
• In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 0845 111 0536 and we will arrange an immediate repair.
