Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skills, proven ability to manage & coach a team and previous experience of working in a call centre or sales environment?

Our Call Centre is recruiting for a Call Centre Team Leader to support one of our Inbound Phone teams. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to new recruits and existing team members.

Your challenge will be to develop your team to their full potential through regular reviews, coaching and mentoring. You will also need to plan and monitor your team's workload to ensure that service levels are met or exceeded. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for a team of up to 12 members of staff.
