Job Description
Our Finance Department is recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our Purchase Ledger Function. A dynamic, results-driven individual, you will support the Purchase Ledger Manager with the day-to-day accountabilities of Purchase Ledger- such as monitoring and registering incoming invoices, checking expense claims, liaising with suppliers, generating payments and assisting with the monthly reconciliation and the month-end close of the Accounts Payable Ledger. You will also support the Purchase Ledger Manager with the continuous development and improvement of procedures and processes, and assist other Purchase Ledger Clerks with day-to-day queries.
We would like to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
- Relevant experience (Minimum of 4 years) of working in a Purchase Ledger function dealing with a high volume of invoices
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good level of general education (numeracy & literacy)
