Packing all of William's refrigeration knowhow into a single-door upright unit, the RPC1T is a Retarder Prover capable of holding seventeen 18'X30' bakery trays. Incorporating user-friendly DoughMaster control technology, it uses intelligent steam generation to reduce energy wastage while automatic temperature control ensures the product remains in perfect condition.
