A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made, where possible we will also provide delivery notification including inflight options to make alternative arrangements. Post 2 failed delivery attempts, a card will be left and you can collect from local DHL depot.

7:30am – 7:30pm (Monday – Friday, Saturdays up to 2pm)

For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance, and will not be taken into the premises

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Delivery is usually made the next working day if you order before 6pm. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders. Orders placed on a Friday, before 6pm, will usually be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on a weekend will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday.

IMPORTANT! Our large item delivery partner - XPO Logistics - will contact you to confirm the delivery date of your items. If they can’t reach you, the delivery will not go ahead. Please look out for a phone call from XPO Logistics (telephone number beginning 01942 912...)

Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. If you have provided your mobile number, an SMS will be sent on the morning of the delivery and a notification to alert when you are the next delivery. Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the Carrier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the carrier is unable to deliver. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility and may incur an additional cost. Delivery includes unpacking and positioning of your product and our delivery team will also take away any unwanted packaging.
