Simply keep an eye out for the embroidery logo shown on any eligible product page, and a link on the basket screen inviting you to 'Personalise Items’. You'll just need to click this link and follow the online instructions - it’s as easy as that!
- Select your favourite typeface and colour. The height of the characters is approximately 12mm.
- Choose to embroider a name (up to 30 characters) or combine with collar flags.
- The exact positioning of the embroidery is left to the discretion of our experts unless instructed otherwise.
Engraving
Want to get kitted out with one-of-a-kind chef’s knives and utensils? Then our premium engraving service is a must! It's a highly personalised and professional touch guaranteed to make an instant impression. Any items eligible for engraving will display an icon on the product page, and a 'Personalise Items' button at the basket. Simply click it, and follow the online instructions.
- Choose up to three uppercase characters that’ll make your equipment truly unique.
- Most knives and utensils can be engraved, as long as they have a flat surface. Positioning of the engraving will be left to the discretion of our experts.
Please note: Embroidered or engraved items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless they’re faulty, so please be sure your product and personalisation details are correct before ordering. We aim to deliver your order within two-to-three working days. All other items on your order will be held until the product personalisation has been completed, and then delivered together.
