Log in to your account and visit the ‘My Rewards’ page.

There may be a couple of reasons why you’re not able to see your dashboard.

• You’ve created a Nisbets account but have not ordered with us yet. Your dashboard will be visible once you place your first order with us (and available within 24 hours of registration)
• You’ve got a Nisbets account already but haven’t shopped with us in the last 12 months. Once you place your next order with us, your dashboard will be visible (and available within 24 hours of registration)

Points are earned by purchasing products at Nisbets. When you are shopping online you will be able to see the number of points you will earn for buying that product. By adding items to Your Basket you will see the total amount of points you will earn for that transaction when you check out. This will feature on your order confirmation also.

Nisbets Rewards customers can earn 1 point for every full £1 spent before VAT.
Nisbets Rewards Plus customers can earn 2 points for every £1 spent before VAT.

No, points can be built up to redeem vouchers only.

Points will appear on your Rewards dashboard within 48 hours of spending, points will show in your activity tab as pending for the first 15 days.

You can find your points balance under the Rewards Dashboard tab of the My Account page.

Yes, you can earn points by shopping in-store, by phone or online, you just need to make sure that your order is placed against your Nisbets account. To be able to access your points, you will need a website login at nisbets.co.uk.

Points will automatically be deducted from your account for returns once a refund is processed.

Points are earned on products before VAT and any delivery charges.

• You will be notified when you have earned enough points to redeem against a reward voucher via email. This voucher will also be displayed in your Rewards Dashboard under the Redeem tab. Click redeem on your voucher and the reward voucher code for that value will be available to copy and enter in your basket at checkout.
• You need to have a web login to be able to earn points, as well as being able to redeem your points for vouchers.

Points are awarded based on the total order value (excluding VAT & delivery), rounded down to the nearest whole pound. For example, if you spend £29.99 ex.VAT, you will earn 29 points (on our standard reward programme) as only whole pounds are counted.

No, there are no limits on the number of points you can earn.

Yes, unused points will expire on a rolling basis 365 days after they are earned.

No, points can only be earned through spending.

• Vouchers purchased with points will expire 30 days after being issued.
• Rewards Plus quarterly vouchers expire 90 days after being issued.

Yes, vouchers can be stacked, meaning multiple vouchers can be used in a single purchase.

Note: Vouchers are one-time use only.

To be able to use a voucher, your order (ex VAT) needs to be greater than the voucher value. E.g. if your Subtotal (ex VAT) comes to £45 and you have a £50 Rewards Voucher, this will not work and will not let you use the code.

You will receive your first voucher immediately upon signing up, and it will be valid for 90 days.
Your next voucher will be issued at the start of the following quarter.
For example, if you join in April, you will receive an April voucher immediately, and your next quarterly voucher will be issued in July.

Nisbets Rewards is a free programme for standard customers with a Nisbets account. Key Accounts can also earn rewards unless contractually exempt. Points can be redeemed for vouchers to use on future purchases. Customers are automatically enrolled when they create a website login.

Nisbets Rewards Plus is a paid subscription costing £99 ex.VAT per year. Members receive £100 in vouchers (£25 per quarter), double points on purchases, free standard delivery on all orders, and early access to offers. There is no minimum order value for free delivery.

No, Nisbets Rewards and Rewards Plus are currently only available to customers in the UK.

1. Click 'Upgrade now', add the Rewards Plus membership to your basket, and complete the purchase.
2. Once processed (normally within 24 hours), we'll activate your free delivery and you’ll receive £100 in vouchers (4 x £25, issued quarterly).
3. Start earning double points on every purchase.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Login’, then select ‘Don’t know or forgotten your password’ to reset it.

Our Rewards scheme is completely digital, however if you shop in one of our retail stores you will be given a useful rewards card which you can write your account name and number on. Keep hold of this to make it easier for allocating points to your account the next time you shop in-store with us.

If you wish to leave the Rewards scheme, simply email rewards@nisbets.co.uk with your name and account number.

If you cancel, you will continue to receive your benefits until the end of your subscription period, including free delivery and double points.

Note: The £99 subscription fee is non-refundable.

Rewards Plus is an annual subscription that must be renewed each year. Don’t worry! We’ll contact you before your subscription expires to remind you about the renewal.
