Powerful and reliable, the Buffalo bakery convection oven is a superb addition to any professional kitchen specialising in breads, pastries or desserts. Designed to directly fit up to four bakery trays (600x400mm) or four full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm trays, the oven allows you to quickly load and unload trays without fuss.

The Buffalo convection oven is packed with features to save time and energy whilst improving cooking results. From the simple push-button humidity injection function which helps you to keep food moist, to the double-pane glass door which allows you to monitor the cooking process without having to open the oven. The fan ensures a speedy heat-up and even temperatures throughout the cavity - essential for uniform bakes.

Note: humidity function uses an integrated water pan - no mains water connection required.
