This 1/1 gastronorm high heat food tray lid from Cambro is ideal for preserving the freshness and temperature of hot or cold foods. The flat cover conveniently stacks to help you maximise your storage space. The lid is designed to support HACCP guidelines and with a wide temperature range of -40 to 190 degrees Celsius, is suitable for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units.
