Embroidery available The casual style of a shirt, with the added protection of a chef jacket - this lightweight Chef Works Urban Hartford coat combines comfort with convenience, helping staff retain a cool and composed appearance during busy shifts.
With its slim cut, the jacket hugs the chest and body closely for a modern fit. The roll-up long sleeves can be fastened above the elbow to stay comfortable when the temperature rises, while two side panels use Cool Vent technology so heat and moisture can quickly escape, minimising sweating when the heat is on.
A single-breasted design adds to the lightweight feel, while zip fastening makes it fast to put on or take off. Two sleeve pockets keep kitchen essentials within easy reach, while side-seam slits allow easy access to trouser pockets. The black colour is excellent at hiding stains - perfect for staff in open kitchens, or those who regularly move between front and back of house.
Made from a fine-twill polycotton fabric, the Chef Works Urban Hartford jacket is durable and machine-washable at up to 60°C with similar colours. It's also suitable for tumble drying and ironing, for easy care between shifts.

You can order embroidery online
If an item can be embroidered there will be a link that reads 'Personalise this product' in the basket screen. Simply click then follow the online instructions.
- Select a typeface and colour, height of letters is approximately 12mm
- Choose to embroider a name (30 characters maximum), crossed flags with a name or combine with collar flags
- Exact positioning of embroidery is left to the discretion of our experts unless instructed otherwise.
- Embroidered items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged, so please make sure of your garment size and embroidery detail before ordering.
