With three powerful 5.3kW burners and an ultra-strong 18mm thick cooking plate, the griddle delivers exceptional heat distribution and retention, significantly speeding the cooking process to help you keep up with demand. Each of the burners features independent thermostatic controls, not only providing multiple cooking zones at different temperatures - it also allows you to reduce energy use during quieter periods to help keep costs down.
Constructed from high quality stainless steel, the Falcon G3941 is not only incredibly durable - it's easy to clean too. Raised sides help to prevent splatter to nearby surfaces, and thanks to its integrated grease collection tray, any food debris or grease is easily channelled away from the cooking plate.
