Twin basket functionality allows you to cook multiple products simultaneously, whilst the integrated debris collection zone ensures oil quality is maintained during service. The built-in filtration system has been designed to work even when the oil is warm, meaning filtration can take place when required - not just during down times. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
