Multi-zone oven control lets teams cook or hold different dishes at different temperatures at the same time, helped by eight shelves in the oven and a multipoint core probe for guaranteed results. The intuitive 7" colour touchscreen delivers HACCP logging, timers and diagnostics for confident, traceable service.
