Versatile, robust and proudly British-made, the Fracino Multi griddle is a serious piece of kit for any professional catering setup. The dual burners deliver 2.3kW per burner, giving you reliable, consistent heat across the cooking surface. The heavy gauge stainless steel construction is built to handle the demands of a busy service, and the wide removable drip tray keeps things clean and food-safe throughout.

At the heart of the Fracino Multi griddle are the dual reversible cast iron grill plates - smooth on one side, ridged on the other. Each plate is pre-seasoned with edible oil for effortless food release, and the ridged surface creates those eye-catching sear marks that lock in flavour and elevate presentation. With two plates supplied, you can run both surfaces simultaneously, giving you the flexibility to cook different items at the same time - ideal when orders are stacking up.

The griddle also comes with a panini press, so toasted sandwiches and panini are just as easy to deliver to a high standard. A cleaning brush is included too, making plate maintenance quick and straightforward between services.
