Ensure efficient and controlled cooking, thanks to the Imperial 8-burner double oven gas range. Two flame-rings and 28,000Btu/hr burners ensure even cooking, no matter the pan size, whilst the anti-clog pilot shield and heavy duty lift-off cast iron grate means the hob top is easy to maintain and keep clean. The hobs innovative design also allows pots to slide from section to section whilst the U-shaped oven burner and unique burner baffle distribute heat flow for an even oven temperature. This even oven temperature also occurs thanks also to a heat reflector which directs heat back to the oven, making the range even more energy efficient whilst speeding-up cooking times.

Plus, the porcelain oven interior allows the oven to be cleaned easily whilst fitting up to 1/1 gastronorm pans and trays - ideal for commercial kitchens.
