A great low-cost solution for the mass storage of pre-cooked meals and sauces, the Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie operates using dry heat from an open element to ensure any stored foods retain their heat, flavour and consistency for up to two hours. Supplied with two half sized gastronorm trays you can use this appliance either as a standalone storage unit or alongside other bain maries for buffets, carveries and similar style events.
