Food allergies are a rising public health issue and the number of people looking to reduce or eliminate gluten from their diets due to intolerance or diet choice is increasing rapidly. This is why it is important to handle every step of the food making process with care, ensuring foods aren't mixed using the same utensils.

Mercer have specially designed and developed an ample range of utensils which will make the perfect addition to any colour coded system in the kitchen. The prominent purple colour is easy to identify and will encourage staff to maintain their dedicated use preventing cross contamination and providing 100% safe products for consumers when prepping, cooking and serving food.
