With a bain marie capacity of up to five full sized (1/1) gastronorms and a capacity of up to 108 9" plated meals, the Parry HOTBM hot cupboard has a large enough capacity for care homes, educational establishments and others. The independently controlled bain marie top is versatile and can be configured to use smaller pans if required, meaning real menu variety and choice - especially important when users have special dietary requirements. The mobile hot cupboard is made from double skinned stainless steel, ensuring rigidity, insulation and strength, whilst also being easy to manoeuvre and clean with its sturdy heavy duty castors. The removable sliding doors help save space when the cupboard is being used in confined spaces such as hallways and corridors.
