Able to wash up to 40 racks (1500 plates) an hour, the Winterhalter is perfect for busy restaurants, hotels, food courts and staff canteens. With a quadruple wash filtration system and sediment sensor, the rinse water is kept clean at all times, whilst the unit starts a step-by-step regeneration process whenever water quality is unacceptable.
