Winterhalter's largest undercounter glasswasher, the UC-XL uses a combination of advanced programming and intelligent wash technology to deliver truly exceptional glasswashing results. Trusted by professionals worldwide, the UC-XL impresses with its efficiency, ease of use and hygiene. Even stubborn residue like lipstick and fruit pulp is easily removed from delicate glassware, making the UC-XL the ideal choice for busy bars, restaurants and hotels.

This glasswasher delivers a rinse temperature of 70°C, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial glasswasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
