Ideal for production kitchens or large establishments like hospitals, canteens or schools, the G9781 features an impressive 100 litre capacity combined with a counter-balanced lid, meaning you can add ingredients during cooking with ease. The front mounted drain tap ensures mess-free dispensing and cleaning. On top, the boiling pan is fitted with a integrated faucet, which also helps with filling and cleaning. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
